Since Telenav launched the option to leave feedback on the OSM map in the Scout navigation app, we have received thousands of feedback items which inspired the first major new feature: sharing the most relevant and actionable feedback with the OSM community using OSM notes. In this session, we will describe Telenav’s plan to further connect Scout users with the OSM map and the community, and rely on much more rapid updates to the maps in the Scout application. In addition, we will explore the potential for making actual contributions to the map directly from the app.
